As art director, I provided creative direction and in-house art department management for a luxury leather goods manufacturer. My duties included workflow management, design and production of all printed materials including books, advertising, photo shoot coordination and Web supervision. I especially enjoyed guiding junior designers and building a team environment. I worked with the upper management to identify brand issues and establish standards for consistency and quality across their house of five brands.
